Shipping & Delivery 

It is very important to us that every customer gets the goods they have paid for.

All orders are dispatched the same business day from our London warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Please check your spam inbox if you have not received a shipping notification.

Free Worldwide Shipping is available at checkout when you spend a certain threshold amount, you can select the delivery option that best suits you. Shipping speeds and prices will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Issue with delivery? If your item has not been delivered 10 days after the expected delivery date please contact our customer service. We ask you to wait 10 days as in our experience parcels can turn up after upto 10 days after missed delivery. Once you contact us we will first help you file a claim through the shipping courier or next issue you a full refund.

Returns

ALL sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been shipped, as these items cannot be resold.
